Diamond Resorts International Sunterra You keep paying and paying while they keep lowering your value and raising your maintenence fees Las Vegas, Nevada

If a class action lawsuit is put up against Diamond Resorts International, I am in.  They have outrageous maintence fees of $1000 per year whether you use your site or not.  Plus, what they sold me back 7 years ago in "points" as a 1-bedroom property in Sedona mid season, now can't get me any property in sedona any season.  They claim it's because they have invested in their properties and their property value has gone up.  But, it's my $1000/year maintenence fees that has allowed them to invest in their properties but they haven't raised my point level to match. 

Then, when I called their loss mitigation department to complain about this, she compared the time share to a car that depreciates in value over time.  So I ask you, what about my $1000/year in maintenence fees?  And pointed out that they cannot have it both ways... saying the property has gone up in value but not my points in value.  You can't have it both ways.  They told me many people are now just walking away from the properties but that causes foreclosures on credit.  No way out.  What a rip off.
