I have been an  owner of time share and pay every month for the services and throughout 2014 Diamond Resorts repeatedly said i was not current in my monthly payments and would not allow us to make a vacation reservation . I have since emailed all the cancelled checks and proved that we pay every month.

I have called numerous times and asked for a supervisor to call me back and no one has. We still havent been able to make a reservation for all of 2014 and now i have called and tried to get a phone call back to be able to make a reservation for 2015 and no one calls us  back or allows us to make a reservation. This is fraud. I am currenrtly trying to sell this time share or get a person from Diamond Resorts to allow us to make a reservtion . The staff there is completely negilgent in their jobs and still has not accepted the cancelled checks as proof of our monthly payments. So we still haven't been able to make a reservation.

no vacancy in the inn

DO NOT buy a timeshare.  They are very expensive, and, because it appears to me, that when one attempts to reserve a room, he (or she) is informed "we have no vacancy" for that time period. (even if the request is made as long as 6 months in advance, or possibly, even longer). Is this the standard response in the industry? Also, you should be aware that you cannot withdraw from the obligations of the timeshare contract unless you timely file a recission document with the timeshare company (generally, it must be filed within 3 days after signing). So, basically, although you cannot utilize your timeshare because the company routinely informs you "we have no vacancy" for the dates requested, you are nonetheless required to maintain payment of your dues and maintenace fees.   There is no refund. You are left to merely realize you are stuck with a substantial payment obligation for something you cannot use because "we have no vacancy. Thus, a timeshare is of little or no benefit to the buyer. BEFORE you sign ANY documents., PLEASE do your research on the internet by looking up  the name of the company selling the timeshare.  Then, READ all complaints,  After such an investigation, you should be   convinced that a timeshare obligation is way more a burden than it is a benefit.
