DIAMOND RESORTS INTERNATIONAL ASTRONOMICAL ABSURD LATE FEES TO QUARTERLY DUES LAS VEGAS Nevada

Diamond resorts late fees are incredibly high. They charge 10% of total quarterly fees and add unilaterally $116.00 to my bill when over 30.

I used to have Monarch Resorts. Diamond resorts bought Monarch Resorts. Since Diamond resorts bought the resort I had problems using their website to make payments. Since I had problems making my payment I just learned of their incredibly high late fees. Diamond resorts late fees are incredibly high. They charge 10% of total quarterly fees and add unilaterally $116.00 to my bill when over 30 days. I tried using their website to pay my bill, but it has proven difficult. They do not have monthly automatic payments; only quarterly. So every time I have to pay my bill I have to call it in. I notified them that for the last bill I moved and I did not receive my bill. The bill collector removed my $116.00 from my bill. As this was the second time I was late Diamond Resorts Manager refused to remove the 10% late fee.  

I explained about the problem with their website, my change of address; but they still refused to remove the $46.68  fee of a $466.00 quarterly dues.  

I do not recommend anyone buying a resort from Diamond Resorts.  It is crazy to have such percentages added to their late fees.
