Diamond Starr Financial Darleen Reed Fraud Have not Refunded my Money as promised Fort Lauderdale , Florida

Fraud company called and said that I was approved for a 5000 Loan and that I had a 675 security deposit they emailed me a loan application and everything stated that the 5000 would be deposited within 6 to 8 hours after they got the 675 well 6 to 8 hours later nothing called Saturday morning and she told me that something happened and that I would have to send another 600 I told her I didn't have it and she Darleen Reed stated that I would get a refund on Nov 20th 2012 well no refund and no one is answering the phone or returning my calls
