d**k's Sporting Goods Terrible Customer Service South Charleston West Virginia

Once again d**k's associates know nothing about customer service. First of all, getting service is nearly impossible (true for all d**k's I have ever shopped at) and then when you make your choice and attempt to check out the poor customer service continues. My son tried to write a check and the check guarantee system did not like the low check number. Instead of offering him a customer service card, he was told by clerk nothing more than we can't take your check. No explanation was offered. I called to ask what check guarantee system that they use, so that I could contact them to clear up the situation. I was "greated" with a very confused person that had no clue as to what I was asking for and then she located the clerk, who was rude and full of attitude from the first contact with her. I was told that she did not have to offer an explanation and that it was not her problem. And then she hung up the phone. Typical d**k's experience - great products, good pricces - TOTALLY DYSFUNCTIONAL ASSOCIATES!
