To Whom It May Concern:

Doug Diedrich and Cathi Harmon of DiedrichHarmon call themselves 'creative catalysts for strategic solutions.' They are a marketing services firm.

Their marketing services include Branding, SWOT analysis, Website Design, Commercial development, Marketing Campaigns, Print ads, and almost anything else you can imagine.

These two came to our company talking a great game. When the rubber hit the road, they were way off the mark. The work was not done as outlined, and in many cases not done at all.

Our personal and professional experience with DiedrichHarmon was a far below our expectations. We were very disappointed with their work. They could not get it done to our satisfaction. It appeared they put very little time and effort into what they produced. In my opinion, I could have done a better job myself.

They did not complete the job, they did not walk their talk. WE had no choice but to fire them. All of those dollars got lost into what I would call a Marketing Black Hole.

Seriously, I feel I would of gotten more for my money if I went anywhere else. My advice is if you are considering diedrichHarmon for any marketing services, please be cautious. Doug and Cathi were paid a large portion of our annual marketing budget and I feel they delivered the lowest quality of work I have ever seen produced from any marketing company I have worked with.

Best of Luck.
