Diego Polanco, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach, Dade County, Broward County. Acting through various realtors, brokers and under fictitious trusts and investment companies, this individual makes fraudulent home purchase offers to home sellers. He then scams the seller, broker, title agent, and anyone else he can. In this case, he scammed his own real estate broker for thousands, which he then used to buy himself a car. He wrote fraudulent checks against empty bank accounts and wasted everyone's time and money. This guy flaunts his supposed "wealth" to dupe people into beliving his lies. Make no mistake, this guy is BROKE.
He currently has at least three pending lawsuits against him, including contract fraud and non-payment of rent. Please stay away from this crook!!! DIEGO POLANCO
