I ordered incense from this company, they did send it out very professional and quick. Would have been a smooth transaction, but the address on their shipping confirmation was incorrect. I don't know if I typed it wrong or what. In any case, it went to the post office and was then returned to them.

When they received the return, they did not contact me. I went to the post office; they said they returned it.

I emailed the company, got a quick reply that they would be working it.

Days go by, and no further contact... I send another email, and don't get a response for days.

Now it's been two weeks and the only response I got was a sarcastic message saying they process thousands of requests for customers who enter the wrong address.

Basically, if you have any issues with them, they seem to like to keep your money and mock you.

Not a scam

I gave these guys a little while longer. They refunded my money. Later, I made another purchase from them... it was amazing. Their service, the speed of delivery, the product... all amazing. I take back everything I said bad about them. Seriously... I was very wrong. Furthermore, I realized the address problem was with my credit card company and not them. I feel stupid coming on here and bashing these guys, who are basically doing a great service.

Regardless they mock you, you did not even remember what address you put in. If you did enter a wrong address, you need to admit the fault and move on. If the address they used is printed out from their database (which I believe so and is very likely for any company that has their online ordering), there is no way the computer all of the sudden changed your address to be wrong.

Also, your story is incomplete too. When did you order? When and how did you realize that the order was sent to the post office? What is the mistake in the address (i.e. number is wrong, zip code is wrong, typo in street name, etc)?

Basically, it cost them extra to resend the package. Why don't you admit your mistake and offer them the cost to resend the package to you instead of blame them on something which is not their fault at all?
