Diet ZX By Vita Free by TV is false advertising, liar by phone, & complete rip-offf

9/6/01 After seeing the ad on TV for "free" diet pills. I called to order one month at $6.95 per bottle plus S/H. I was told 4 to 6 week delivery.

9/24/01 After receiving my bank statement & seeing a charge of $111.20, I called told them to cancel my order immediatly and credit my account. I was informed by Alexis that the order was already sent book rate, it would be about another 10 days before arrival, & I'd need to refuse it, return to sender & wait 14 days after receipt for credit.
10/22/01 Strangely, the package arrives priority mail, sent long after my Sept. 24th conversation. I returned it priorty mail same day.

11/6/01 Spoke with Tai she states recevied in their system November 2nd as a refund and would receive credit 14 to 21 days from that date.

11/26/01 Spoke with Alexis (40 minutes on hold) assured me that the credit would show by the end of the month.
12/4/01 Phoned customer service at 3:00PM, 4:00PM, 4:18PM each time on hold for approximately 15 minutes, then music stops, phone goes dead. So I went to search on the net and here I am reporting and asking for help.

It's been 3 months, bounced checks, numerous phone calls, grief and their lies.
