Diet ZX-Vitafree.Com ripoff

I placed an order for Diet ZX on Aug 7, 2001. The order was marked paid on 9-12-01. On 9-13-01 it was marked order being processed. As of this date I have received nothing. I paid with a personal check which I still have in my file and want a refund for the full amount of $55.60.

I have called them numerous times and always got the run around that it was being shipped for example they said it was shipped on 11-2-01, I called back to verify that on 11-6-01 and then they said it would ship on 11-7-01. Then when you try to call no one is available or it rings busy all the time. I have sent numerous emails to 3 different email address with no response from any of them.

I called again on 1-4-02 and the guy told me that they had gotten the order returned back and I thought that was strange but he said if I wanted it reordered I would receive it in 2 weeks. So I told him to reorder it....then I decided to call back again to see what the reason was on the shipment for the return because I had never received it the first time and surely didn't return it. This time I got a gal and she told me that they had never received the order back and that in fact it had never even been shipped due to a lack of supplies from the supplier...I was really upset....this time I got her name and it was Mary @X3541. Which does no good because no one answers the phone anymore. She had told me that she would make sure that the order was filled and she checked with the warehouse and they did have both the AM & PM formulas in stock. She said it would take 2 weeks....WELL here it is a month later and still no product. There is no one that answers at the customer service number they give (800-457-0825). I even called the order phone line and they said they can't transfer a call to anyone all they can do is take a message and that I am sure will do a lot of good.

This company is the biggest rip off I have ever seen....I am sure that they need to be reported more than what they have.

Please do something to get my money back and see that they don't scam anyone else on this so called diet product.
