Well guess what everyone...I finally got to talk to a real person at the 1-800-457-0825 customer service number after being on hold for 45 minutes....I talked with Ebony who checked on my account and said she needed to talk to someone as she did not understand what was going on with the order. I told her I had talked to Mary @ X 3541 on 1-4-02 and if she would check with her she would know what was going on. When I had talked to Mary she informed me the order had never been shipped due to the lack of product from the supplier. She put me on hold to check the warehouse to be sure they had both the AM and PM formula in stock. She got back on the phone and said that they had both products in stock and that she would walk the order to them and be sure it went out. She informed me it would be 2 weeks before I would receive it.

Well when I never received it, I have been trying to contact phone and by the "3" email address they have. No one ever writes me back and I can never get anyone to answer the phone.

ANYWAY....the so called supervisor got on the phone, and I might add that he is the most arrogant SOB I have ever dealt with....He informed me that the order had been shipped to me in Oct and must have gotten lost....when I told him that I had already cleared that up with Mary and that it indeed had not been shipped...he got very defensive with me and told me IF I DIDN'T BELIEVE WHAT HE WAS SAYING THAT THE CONVERSATION WAS OVER! I was pissed. He said he didn't want to hear what someone else had told me. He informed me the order was cancelled on Dec 6 and that the refund memo had been processed and I should be receiving a refund.....he said he checked with the last batch that went out and it was not in there so it should be in the next batch.....he wanted nothing to do with listening to my side of this whole mess.

THEN I asked him if I could talk to Mary and he said "NO" the order has been cancelled and there was nothing to talk about. He then hung up on me.

This company is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. I have contacted Consumer Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission.

If you have had trouble with everyone you possibly can to get what is owed you.

I still have not heard back from Diet ZX or and I had written my local tv station WSOC-TV Channel 9 and asked Don Griffin for help retreving my money back.

Today Don Griffin came to my home and did a story for the local television station in order to alert people in my area not to submit to the bad business tactics of this company.

Mr Griffin had received a letter back from Diet ZX stating that they would be sending me a refund in full. The letter was dated 4-29-02. So we will see if they stand behind it. If not I will pursue it until I do.

I see there are several complaints on here stating the same problem I did, call your local television station and see if they have a good service as Don Griffin and WSOC-TV 9 does. It is great and I am sure if you check there is a local person in your area to help too.

I will write and let you know how I make out. Good luck to all of you in your efforts to get your refunds.

I cannot give you my name because I am an employee of this company.

If want to call the 800#, call on thursday and friday. The call center is open until 5pm Pacific Time. There is always someone there until 5pm.

If you talk to Emelina or Claudia (Call Center Mgrs.) they will just listen to what you have to say and not help you. I work in the call center and they do that all the time. If the customer service rep. tells you that they have to take your # down and Eme or Claudia will call you back, forget about it. And do not bother talking with Gary. He is arrogant and will not hear anything you have to say. The next time that you call, they will tell you that they have a "call list" and your name wasn't on the list and that's why a call wasn't returned to you.

You can call 818-955-5068 (It's Maria Rodrigues's office #. She's the Market supervisor for the call center. If for some reason, the # is changed, call information to Genesis Intermedia Inc. in Van Nuys (pronounced Nies like Dies), California. If you call information and get the # from there, a receptionist named Cheryl will answer the phone. She is a hard one to get by, but if you are extremly nice to her and specifically ask for Maria Rodrigues and sort of sound professional, she will let you through. If you get to Maria's voicemail, leave a message for her just to call you back regarding one of the 800#'s that is listed on the television screen and that All the calls are going to your business. They are worried about losing calls (I mean money).

I tried to access our website, but for some reason the address is no longer valid. This place is no place to get products or to be employed at. I hope that this helps you.
