 The company offered me "free samples" & I pay the shipping cost. Two weeks later I get charged $89.95. They refuse to refund my money. Finally got someone on the phone that agreed to issue a refund. The representative gave me her name & a confirmation number The refund was suppose to be in my bank within 5-7 business days. Well it wasn't. I waited & called back and they're now telling me that no one agreed to give me anything back. I asked what about the name & confirmation number I have. He said that was for cancelling when I had already called & closed my account. These people are a complete rip off & scammers. I never agreed to a subscription with them & they charged my account anyway. Then asked me today how was the tea I've been drinking. What tea? I never ordered any tea. They are stealing people's money.
