HornyMatches.com , DIGI-GROUP BVBA Unauthorized Credit Card Charges; fack Infromation on webside Essen Belgium

MC Digi-Group runs the web site HorneyMatches.com.
I looked over their system as a "standard" member, which provides no means of communication with other members of the web site. However, you can review profiles of members.

I found several profiles of members which are supposed to be located in my area (West Coast) but their own description placed them on the East Coast.

There were many inconsistencies in these profiles which let me believe that a large number of the profiles are fake: the age of several members does not match up with the birth year.

Cities which do not exist and when specific questions are asked about teh location the communication stops.

Pictures don't match up to already published pictures.

and many more indications that most of the profiles and the communication is made up sometimes by individuals with no writing skills what so ever.

I call (1-800-748 4573) customer service and explained my complaint.
Without a great debate the operator promised to refund my $59.95

I am now (8-18-08) waiting for the money to show up in my account.

As confirmation I received this email:
