Digiframes.com Defective used electronic merchadise sold as new, amd refuse to alleviate nor resolve th eproblem brooklyn, New York
Sold me a 20 inch DIGITAL FRAME photo/video display unit.
Upon arrival unit seemed to be used before ( purchased as new)
Unit failed to work, and many calls and e mails to company demanding restitution, replacement and adeqqquate resolution remains un answered.
Company reps stated that their policy requires clients/customers to return item at their own costs of shipping, and if a replacement needed, t hey will charge again for a new unit additional $330 (cost of unit). and once recieving the defctive non working unit and checking it, will they furnish credit ( a process that can take 2 weeks or so). Meanwhile clients are charged twice for a new product.
