Digikarma4less false advertized, lied, scammed New York Internet

Digikarma4less sales products on ebay and other sites. They are an LLC and claimed to have 100% guarentee on anything they sale. I ordered two phones from them, an LG KP500 and an LX 2009 Sidekick. Both advertised as NEW. I rcvd my LG KP500 without the headset i was also supposed recieve. Funny how a NEW phone comes loaded with contacts and images and saved games, along with scratches. I emailed them and they offered a price adjustment. I have not seen this adjustment yet. Also the LX 2009 I orderd is actually a BLUE 2007 LX. I emailed about the situation with this as their reply...


Hi there, I apologize for the delay in responding. I just spoke with my supervisor and he said that Tmobile came out with 2 models in 2009 we are selling the first one that was released.

I am a T-mobile customer, so I dial 611 to confirm this. The sales rep says only one version/model of the LX was released in 2009 AND they come in two colors none of which are blue. Then he asked me for the link so he could see the image they had advertized and confirms it is the 2007 LX. I SEND ANOTHER EMAIL EXPLAINING THAT AND GOT THIS.....

Well, the thing is that we receive these directly from the manufacturer and they are portrayed as the
First edition of the 2009 Sidekick LX.
The second edition apparently comes in a different color then the one we sell at has a camera of 3-2 mp.
Ours is sold in the color of the picture on ebay and has a camera of 1-2 mp.
Aside from those differences the phone remain the same.

MORE LIES!!!!! WHAT A JOKE! And the new 2009 LX IS AN UPGRADED EDITION, SO DUH THE FEATURES ARE VERY DIFFERENT! T-moble confirmed this 3 times for me and my husband that there is not a first edition to the 2009 LX. The first edition IS the 2007 model. DIGIKARMA4LESS uses the term 2009 lx model in the advertisment to increase sells and give you the run around so they dont have to rfnd you.

Like I said Im still waiting for them to credit my pay-pal for them sending me a used LG. And it takes forever to get a response from them. If they dont resolve this issue with the correct phone and credit my account for the LG, I will be disputing them with pay-pal and ebay.

If you come across this so-called company, ask questions first about the product your buying. Both products I bought were not as described and yet have seen a resolution. I will post this link on their feedback since ebay has a word limit on their feed back page.
