digital depot online bait/switch/lied/identity theft Internet, California

Found what I thought was a good deal and placed an order over 1 month ago. Then got multiple phone calls with bait and switch offers, then the following day after placing the order and giving my credit card number, got a call from the bank (the bank folks were great) that my card was being used in another state and my identity had been stolen. (Cancelled the card and paid fees to get the problem fixed). Silly me did not realize how this had happened until weeks later when another call to Digital depot online was made to find out what happened to my order (it was to be shipped within 12 days) which had not arrived for over 1 month.

The explanation as to why...."didn't you realize that you ordered a camera that had all labels, buttons and instructions in japanese! it is on backorder...."for only $599 more I can get you an english one" Beware and do not try to buy from them or give them any personal information! Anyone know the appropriate government agency to contact in order to punish the management of this company?
