I have my products (online courses) being sold through their site. Transactions from the online client perspective are flawless, getting customer support is next to impossible. I call it a rip off when a company charges me a primum for their services and then ignores my multiple requests for customer support. These are not small issues, issues like; "Where is my money?", "Why are people being charged taxes when I indicated not to?", "Why are the complex sales not be trated as such?" etc. These are important questions that can not go unanswered. There is no phone number for customer support, emails go unanswered and the sales people just pass the buck.

To be clear, I have not received any of the revenue my products have generated (over 2 months of sales totalling over $6,000.00). I have to issue refunds to my clients for the taxes that seem to get cgharged each and every time, I have to manually adjust for multiple sales...each and every time.

If you are considering this company to be an ally, think again. In fact, do a better job than I did and go find a better processor, one that has a good reputation for customer support. Digital River can quickly turn into your biggest liability.

Next stop...civil court.
