Digital TV Express Info Net Products/Digital Cable Boxes Over 1yr to get a refund and still counting Anchorage, Alaska

I bought a cable converter box from Digital TV Express and the 1st one did not work fully. Returned it with no problems and recieved a 2nd box. The second box did not work at all, so I contacted an individual by the name "JD". "JD" told me that I should return the box for a refund (his sugestion not mine). I returned the box and 1st recieved a $25 refund (paid $245 for the box). After numerous phone calls and numerous messages left for a return call back, I only recieved 2 or 3 calls back from "JD". After talking with "JD", we agreed that a refund in the amount of $225 was fair. I have been dealing with "JD" for over a yera now and have recieved broken up amounts of a refund ($25 here, $80 there, and so on.....) I am still waiting for my final payment of just $60; however, its like pulling teeth with "JD". WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS Co.
