I was looking on the internet for a Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Autofocus Lens.  The standard selling price online was $749.00.

I saw a internet ad from DigitalMonster.com offering the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Autofocus Lens for $638.00.  I placed an order and paid the $638.00.

The next day I received a call telling me i "had made a mistake."  The salesman informed me tha the lens I had ordered was the wrong lens and that it was gray market not USA.  He offered to fix the order and sell me the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Autofocus Lens I "really needed" for a bargain $749.00.  To cancel at this point would cost me 15% just for placing the order and cancelling.  I agreed to the new price and lens.  He then tried to push a warranty for another $88.00.  I declined.

The Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Autofocus Lens arrived a week later.  I found that it was in a plain box, not a Canon box.  It appeared that parts were missing.

I tried calling DigitalMonster.com but they just transferred me to numbers that no one would answer.

The DigitalMonster.com website doesn't list any The Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM Autofocus Lens other than the one I ordered.
