I was searching Nextag.com for the deals I usually get there. I saw that digitsee.com had windows 7 professional for real cheap and it was available as digital download. Since I was unwilling to wait for shipping I signed up. The invoice came fast, but no way to download. So I called the CS line and all I got was the voice mail. Another attempt the next day and I get "The mailbox you are calling is full, please try again". Two days pass and then I finally get another email, the charges went through, still no way to retrieve the download. Now I'm pissed. I call the CS number again I get the same message regarding the mailbox being full. I have already ordered a firm copy of the software and doubt I'll get my 89.00 back.
