Report sounds like BS to me as well. 

Just ignore stacy,  she sits around judging peoples SPELLING.   Yet she Is not perfect herself.   She Is just a misfit who just likes to cause trouble.   She Is a capital "B" If you get the picture.

She has no feelings for anybody else,  just for her & her selfish & greedy ways.   She Is ignorant & also a redneck from texas.   Where her idol george w bush lives now.

I guess rich people have nothing better to do,  then to put people down on rip-off report.   She Is a stubborn, ignorant,  self centered "B".   Who Is a spolied brat.

Daddy gave her everything she ever wanted,  she has no manners no respect for other people.   Rich people are snobs.   Stacy proves that 100% here on rip-off report.

I was just wondering why "Stacy"would respond to a complaint about one dept.store.Do you sit around all night and defend all the stores you go to-Walmart,Sears,Target,etc.,or what would be your motivation??It's weird.I wrote this out of disgust and trauma after being in Dillards.Oh,dear,"Stacy",this "Fairy Tale" was all caught on tape!Let's see Dillards worm their way out of their own tapes,but I'm sure they have their tactics.And Robert,no,I did not go behind their registers,I said,some creppo lady,tried to backpeddle and SAY that I walked PAST a register,to justify their wreckless,heinous actions that day.That store is sinking and they have no other way to make profits other than these civil demand letters.

1)For you two folks,who are most likely the two store employees that committed these crimes against me,in Dillards-I was charged with felony because the security chose an item himself,from the shelf,that happened to be overpriced at $300.2)Dillards security makes $9.50 an hour and they get bonuses in accordance with their arrest numbers.The boy here was bouncing up and down saying,"Whoo,h*o,I'm going to get me that flat screen"-all on their tape.3)Dillards sends out "civil recovery"letters,to anyone they accuse,they get 70%,of whoever they can scare into sending in $200.The law firm,who sent me,and thousands,of others,are under indictment,in Miami,Fl.,for mail fraud and racketeering,co- conspiracy, under the RICO act,over this very scam they pulled on me,which was all filmed.LOOK IT UP,you nervous Dillards employees,you.It's coming.I'll see you in court.Oh,by the way,sure the middle aged,bored-at-mall cop that did this to me(no,I'm not stupid enough to describe details of something like that on a website)charged me"on their word",prosecutors office dropped it because it was "weak".But,they are going to pursue false imprisonment/false arrest charges,by the perps,in Dillards.Dillards has a long,horrible history of false arrests and six murders at their store.I,actually,have a Dillards credit card,havent been in there in couple yrs.because of their downturn in reputation.They should be closed down,it is dangerous there.Sorry,lady,I didn't indent for paragraphs,in my initial report-didn't realize I was in your english class.Yes,lady,betcha it's you.Everything caught on tape-Duh!It's called "discovery"-ask your attorney bout it,when you're crying,in his office.Did ya check for spelling,you perfect woman,you,get a life!-Sincerely,Dillards Victim,P.S.,Doesn't the above instructions indicate-NOT to indent paragraphs-you must be a fired teacher who now works in lame Dillards,with nothing left to do.Have at it.

I could not even read the report because of all the misspelled works and lack of paragraphs - Sounds like the OP just made up this report try to and make an easy buck

How is the Security at Dillards going to make money off of you?? Makes no sense - I have been to Dillards many times and have never been "assaulted" by security for looking at purses, shoes, etc  etc - Hard to believe this fairy tale

First if everything happened exactly as you said then yes you have a very good case against the store and the Sheriff Department.  However,  this story sounds as if you are leaving out a lot of information, exaggerating the report a lot, or totally making it up.

If they are only cheap plastic purses you are NOT going to be charged with a Felony. 

They are not going to arrest you for just going behind a register, especially if you are just walking through.  That is unless you perhaps decided to "stop and help yourself" to items IN the register.  Not saying that you did, but that would explain your Felony charge.

You also seem more upset with Dillard's and your "false" arrest than being molested by the PB sheriff on the way to the jail.  It just seems that that would warrant a bit more than a single sentence.

When you do sue please let us know the Court and case number.  I am sure it will be interesting.
