I PURCHASED THE BOOK-> THE SYSTEM: BUILD A BETTER BODY- AUTHOR: OCTAVIA LOPEZ.. FROM HER ESTABLISHMENT -> DIME BY THE DOZEN-> WEBSITE-> www.dimeadozenzone.com - ON THE 2ND OF MAY 2010. I SENT AN EMAIL DAY AFTER PURCHASE TO CONFIRM DELIVERY DATE- I WAS INFORMED "This order is in process and scheduled to ship Thusday. Andrea" TODAY IS MONDAY THE 27TH OF SEPTEMBER AND I STILL HAVE RECIEVED NOTHIIINNNGGG!!! I HAVE SENT EMAIL- UPON EMAIL- UPON EMAIL.. BETWEEN MAY-> SEPTEMBER!.. AND I HAVE BEEN REPLIED WITH ONLY 2.. THE 1 ABOVE AND ANOTHER SENT 2 MONTHS AGO STATING THEY WOULD "..research the tracking number to see if it was delivered or lost.. Angela Torres" 2 MONTHS LATER AND I HAVE EMAILED AND EMAILED AGAIN-> AND THEY STILL WILL NOT EVEN TALK TO ME! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE PURCHASING OVER THE INTERNET BEFORE.

IM NOT DISPUTING THE GENUINE NATURE OF THE BOOK'S CONTENT- BUT THEIR LEVEL OF SERVICE IS JUST SO UGLYY AND DISGUSTING!! THEY STATED I WOULD RECIEVE BOOK WITHIN "5-7 business days.." ITS NOW 5 MONTHS LATER. WHEN U EMAIL THEM THEY STATE U WILL RECIEVE A RESPONSE WITHIN "48 BUSINESS HOURS.." I WOULD BE LUCKY TO GET A RESPONSE IN A MONTH OR 2. I HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE DOG DROPPINGS! EVEN THAT WOULD GET A MORE RESPONSIVE ACTION AND TREATMENT. I PAID ABOUT 50 FOR THIS BOOK- IVE BEEN EVER SOOOOO PATIENT! AND STILL NO BOOK- NO MONEY- NOT EEEVEN AN APOLOGY! JUST PROCRASTINATION AND LIIIIIESSSSSS! I REALLY HOPE VIA THIS I CAN GET SOME ANSWERS OR JUST SIMPLY WHAT I PAID FOR- THE BOOK. IF YOU ENCOUNTER THIS COMPANY AND U WANT PEACE OF MIND AND A DECENT HONEST SERVICE- RUN A MILEE!! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY/MENTAL FRUSTRATION-> LEST YOU FIND YOUR SELF 5 MONTHS LATER STILL WITH NOTHING-> LIKE ME.
