On 11/7/08, I ordered TWO "Hard Drive Caddy for Inspiron 1420 PN 0JX272" @ $3.99 each. Paid via credit card, recieved email from an "Anthony Tiberia" on 11/7/08, showing a total charge of $23.96, which was what I calculated for the two items plus $14.95 shipping..
Recieved package several days later, with a packing list showing TWO of the above listed items, and the correct amount of payment, but ONLY one drive caddy was in the package. I immediately called the listed customer service number and left a message, as of 11/21, have not recieved a callback.. Several days later I tried sending an email to info@dimosol.com, reporting this discrepancy. Nothing heard from them via this route.. I guess I should have been tipped off by their disclaimer

"We will do our best to give prompt response. PLEASE BE PATIENT Due to the overwhelming number emails we receive, we try VERY hard to answer with 24 hours."

OR on their phone support...

"To keep our overhead to a minimum we do not employee a huge staff, and can NOT answer every call we receive (we are usually busy testing, packing and shipping our orders). We do, however, welcome your phone calls. If your phone call is important, and for some reason we can not answer your call: PLEASE LEAVE MESSAGE. We try VERY HARD to return calls promptly, but it may take up to 7 days. (except on the weekends, holidays or vacations)."

I'm thankful my purchase was so small.. After this, and reading the other horror stories about these people, I'd never buy anything from them again.. The only reason I made this order, is that Dimosol was the only vendor I found with a good price on the drive caddies I needed for two drive upgrades on my new laptop. Dell doesnt sell these drive caddies separately, so I was stuck... We live and we learn.. Hope this warns other people about the lack of communications by these people...

After about 2 months, I get an email from the president of the company claiming they never got any email from me reporting the missing ordered item, but saying they would gladly send the item that they didn't ship. I advised them that I still need the item and would appreciate recieving it, even at this late date. Will post an update IF I recieve it...

Also recieved an email on 11/7/08 from "info@dimosol.com" showing TWO caddies ordered on invoice # 5517934. If I try to use the link on the email saying "you can track this order in the orders history section of your account", and I try to login using the email address/password I used when I ordered the items, it tells me I'm unrecognized.. Sure doesnt give me a warm-fuzzy about these people....
