Dimout Shoes - dimout.com Rip Off...Charged Credit Card but never delieverd the shoes and never responded to my emails. Now the company seems to have gone under...website down, phone number disconnected, customers ripped off. Internet

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company on July 25th. They immediately charged my credit card in the amount of $32.74.

However, after a confirmation email regarding my order on July 25th, I did not hear from them for a long time.

I sent them an email on August 4th inquiring about the status of my order as I am from Canada and had shipped the order to a relative in Boston as I was going to be in the Boston area sometime in August and wanted to collect it at that time.

on August 4th, I received the following, standard reply from them that is so typical of DIMOUT SHOES:

"Your ticket has been received, one of the staff members will review it and reply accordingly. Listed below are details of this ticket, Please make sure the Ticket ID remains in the subject at all times. Ticket ID: UVH-850269 Subject: RE: order dimout-shoes-33740 from DimOutShoes.com Department: General Priority: Low Status: Open You can check the status or reply to this ticket online at: Http://www.dimout-support.com/ Password: a6cc9fdd Please do let us know if we can assist you any further, DimOut Support"

But still no shoes. On September 1st, I sent them another email inquiring about my shoes that were still nowhere to be seen. I never received ANY response to this email and since then, have found out all connections to their company - email, web site, phone number has been disconnected. My credit card has long been charged but no product in my hands and no one accountable for this rip off.

If anyone has any information on how to get a hold of anyone in this company or how we can take collective action against them, please do not hesitate to contact me.
