DinoDirect is an online China wholesaler.
Unethical Practices

It is essentially, impossible to cancel an order on DinoDirect. Sure, there's an option provided, but after selecting it, you will continuously be told that the order # that you entered is incorrect (knowing that it's not).  If you choose to use the live chat, you will rudely be disconnected or if you do connect, will be asked repeatedly why you want to cancel your order. No matter the reason, the reply continues to ask why. "But, why? We are a very reputable business." What? The poor customer service and  website functionality is an ingenious  smoke screen provided to avoid making a connect to the customer- therefore avoiding a loss of a sale.  Avoid this unethical business!
