I have never written a blog on the net before, but people need to be warned to stay away from this company. I bought three items that didn't work, and although this company has a return policy, and said on his web site forum that he would accept back the defective items, they refused to issue me an RMA, so I purchased three items from dinodirect that don't work. don't get fooled by cheap prices. they are cheap for a reason. stay away from this company!!!

Every single current and potential customer is important and valuable for us and we believe that you have the right to a fair, effective and courteous service at all times. Therefore your comments are extremely important for us. We want to know what our customers and people interested in our service think about our performance and the standard of services we provide not only do they allow us to improve our individual service to you in terms of quality and efficiency but they also help us enhance our product.

As we promised, we always would like to make compensation for your issue, but we need you to offer us some clear evidences and the order number, we have to taking this into our records so that we can prevent this kind of problem again. I sincerely hope you could provide me some clear pictures. Once we confirm this, we will keep our promise.
