I recently order online one wireless internet adapter from Dinodirect pay through PayPal...i try to cancel order a couple of hours later to no avail...they said order has been shipped (lie!)...when i receive order, i found out their CD installation do not have required drivers for adapter to work...there is no way that show how to return merchandise for refund.
another order from united TTY, pay thru PayPal again...unitedTTY sent me an uni-max amplifier that do not work. i dispute and get refund back, but less shipping/handling fee, tax, and maybe restocking fee.
i have to pay 2 times shipping handling fees ($30,00) and one charge (adapter $11.98) for nothing.
may be t is not a very expensive experience. but it make me think : now, dishonest merchants have devised a new way to scam/rip off consumer with selling false/bad products.
like i just explain, when you return merchandise all you have was s/h fees and charge.
any way consumer end up losers, wasting their money, wasting their time for nothing. just rage remain!
