November 9, 2011 I purchased a pair of faux leopard shoes from this company.  It has been a month and I still don't have them I inquired about them and they sent me a tracking link all the link gave me was that it had shipped it didn't tell me where it was last shipped to just that it had shipped.  So then I inquired back and they gave me a different link it's a chinese link and it asked for an item number. 

The company gave me a tracking so I put it in anyways then put in the number that it provides (I guess for security).  There is no record it gives me this instead, "Cannot find a suitable item".  That's all I have to track this package.  So I wrote them back and told them to either send me a new pair or give me my money back. I haven't heard anything back yet.  When it comes to inquiring or even getting answers from this company it is SO HARD!  I'm writing to tell all that you need not use this company for anything cause they are a rip off! 

Plus no offense to anyone of this nationality they are a Chinese company and I think that we have given enough money to them without them swindling us out of our hard earned money and then not giving us a straight answer when we ask where it is at.  I tried to send them feed back, but since I was only going to give them 1 star, wouldn't you know it, it won't send the feedback.  Buy from American places where you can have a better chance of getting a straight answer and you don't have to guess if the item number is the tracking number.  Waste of time and waste of money for some really cute shoes.

I have emailed you over and over, so I should not have to send you what info you are asking for and not over the internet for anyone to pick up and claim.  That's great that the rating worked for you, but when I try from 4 different computers to give a 1 it didn't work.  actually I didn't want to give you any stars.  I wish I saw all the other reports on your company before purchasing it would have saved me a lot of money.  So at this point I'm going to ask for a refund and I hope that the person who wrote about how you wouldn't answer about his refund was just a fluke because you guys are well on your way to a lawsuit.
