If you ever want to be ripped off in appliance repair, be sure to call Dino's Appliance Factory Service in Phoenix, Arizona.  When the lower oven of my double oven was not heating up to the right temperature, I called Dino's upon a recommendation from Jenn-Air.  Didn't think it was a big deal.  While placing the order, the dispatcher asked if the clock could be read and I told her yes, but it was dim.  Had no idea what that was about.

The so-called technician came and said the board was too dim and he couldn't read the error code, but the whole bill wouldn't be over $300.00.  Then, after installing a new board, he was able to read the error code, however, he didn't know what it meant.  When he came back, after replacing the clock that had been working perfectly, the relay board and the secondary board to the tune of $772.16, the technician declared he had not only fixed the problem but tested both ovens.  He said they were working fine.

Due to a major surgery I was unable to lift high enough and was not strong enough to put anything into the oven for 6 months.  When I finally did turn on the oven, not only did it not heat up, the broiler wouldn't even come on anymore.  It was worse than before Dino's came over.

I called Dino personally who basically said too bad, I missed the warranty period.   In fact, he mocked me that I hadn't turned on the oven in 6 months.  Said he'd never heard of that before.   Maybe this is routine customer service they perform but I can personally attest that this outfit appears to have no scruples whatsoever.  Just take the customer for as much as you can.  I was very surprised that Dino, the owner of the company, could care less about customer service and if the appliance you paid him to repair was even repaired!

I called another appliance repair last week.  All the oven needed from day one was new thermostat sensors.  Done and working within an hour.  Both ovens work perfect now.  Oh, and they did NOT need an error code to diagnose the problem.  Real professionals over there.  Said they get a lot of work fixing problems Dino's charged for but didn't fix.

So, in my opinion, Dino's is the one who will take you to the cleaners and laugh all the way to the bank. Being female and a senior citizen will certainly increase the chances of them charging as much as they can without repairing the problem.   I will also be filing a complaint with Jenn-Air who recommended them and with the Better Business Bureau if they are even a member.
