I returned merchandise for a refund and to this date have not received I've called the company on numerous occassions to no satisfaction also have written them e-mailks and they don't respond to them they are a big ripoff!

Refund was issued within given timeframe

AUTHOR: Dinovite - (United States of America)

This customer returned the product in the first week of Oct. and the refund was given before the end of Oct. We cannot control how long this takes to show up on his credit card statement. He issued this complaint less than 10 days after we received his return.
