This company sent me a product, stating at long as I cancel within 14 days, they will not charge me the 79.90 dollars.  I contacted them for the product on the Febuary 06, 2014 I canceled the product on Feb.  19 and they tried to get me to keep the product at a discounted price I told them "No", I don't want the product I didn't think it was any good after reading the ingrediants.  That is when I was told that they needed to give me a RMA # I placed that # on the package and sent it back.  The package left my mailbox I never heard anything else from this company,

I then saw a charge on my credit card statement for the full charge of 79.90, under a different name, I disputed the charge. Then my credit card company contacted the company they didn't respond within the necessary timeframe so my credit card company credited my account and debited theirs.  Then they responded to my credit card company, just stating everything I mentioned above except one major detail, I sent the product back.

then my credit card company reverse the transaction again from me to them, I contacted them they told me since I contacted my credit card company, then I need to speak with them, they wouldn't provide me with any inform on this account.  They said I never should have contacted my credit card company.  I told them I had been a victum of fraud before and I didn't reconize that name plus I knew I shouldn't have had any charge for anything from any merchants.  

They said well we we just gonna have to see who the credit card believes.  The man name Anthony was Super Rude, then he suppose to transfer me to his supervisor Nick with a warm transfer, he got back on the phone stating he has his supervisor on line he put me through to a voicemail of another man's line who's name was Anthony.  

I called them back they stated again we will not give you any information, I told them it doesn't sound like you want this resolved, I was told if you spoke to us first we may have worked with you, which makes no sense, either you have the product there or you don't, I stated.  I was told again we will see who your credit card company believes.  This is an indication to me, that they do have the product back, but they don't want the product they want my money.  

Don't use this company, they are SCAMMERs, and I was told the reason, another name should up on my statement was because they use several names.
