Per contract terms, it was cancelled and I was quoted $511 in refunds which never arrived. I did the requested paperwork indicating the account to receive the credit.

Company claims to have made a credit back to another credit card, but this is false - nothing was received by that credit card issuer. (I had used 2 different credit cards for monthly payments, yet they allegedly made payment to a closed credit card account).

Direct buy says otherwise and refers back to the credit card and refuses all other communication.
