So you get an add saying e cig for only $4.95 or similar, you go to the website the ad states. You order, then a couple weeks later you get billed $109.90. Welcome to Direct E-Cig. They enroll you into an auto ship non returnable program with 14 days from day of order, not day of ship or day or receiving. Obviously fine line running of the law. They claim "if you go this page, read this phrase its there, we told you" sort of like having a small sign under you visor warning you your car may flip over when sharp turns are done... Very bad, bad business, poor product, watch out.

the e cig itself is not a good working one, the liquid does not taste like a cigarette. And the lies in general (masked by small print and concealment) make this a bad company. It should be illegal. Probably is not, sorry if you also got bit by this SCAM.

My wife and I both ordered, I fortunately was able to contact them on mine to return before the charge, she was not.

I too unfortunately responded to this promotion for a free starter kit with shipping only charged.  That was the basis of my authorization to charge my VISA.  I did not authorize $99.95 or more.  I certanly did not authorize some automatic enrollment, nor was there ANYTHING in the promotion that so stated.  I don't yet know if that occurred, but I will challnege that too if that occurs.

I am disputing the charge with my bank, and I am also contacting the authorities.  This company needs to be shut down.  Someone - whoever is responsibe for these promotions and later charges - needs to be arrested and charged with fraud
