How does a bill goes from $124 to $292... Isn't that crazy. No documentation what so ever, no one letting us know in till that last day, changing due dates over three times in a month????? what the (((REDACTED FOUL LANGUAGE)))
are they think, one is giving as reason about think. Every single customer representative we talked to tells they are going to calls later, never call back than later one of their employee calls saying that our bill is higher. they charge us what ever they want when ever they want. WITH NO DOCUMENTATION.

What type of documentation are you asking for??? NO I do not work for this company but I do know the ups and downs of bills in Texas. Mine do that and I see that by looking at my monthly bill.
