On November 1 2013 I went to use my card 3 times it said I had the wrong pin number I have had this pin number for at least 15 years i would not forget it the bank did not lock my card as a result some one was able to  clone my phone and I have that person's name but I won't use it here but can prove it. I have the cell phone company I use see it and it is noted by them along with the social security admin and  this person was able to use it to send $550.00 to a meta bank account and the bank insists that I did it and so they refuse to re-cover my money. I am on social security disability and these people are rude in the San Antonio phone center and they get information wrong which causes even more confusion .I contacted the federal reserve, a private attorney, the social security administration and consumers financial protection bureau and the bank still refusses to help me re-cover my money. I beleive that some one in the bank is involved and they will not give me or any of the above mentioned agency's any information as to where the money went they claim they do not know. Are you kidding me! if  anyone out there can help me I would appreciate it .

I am going to contact our local news and see if they can help me I refuse to let the bank get away with ripping me off for $550.00. I notified our local authoritys also Now would I do all of this if I was the one who made this transfer... I think not but the bank thinks I did so that is all that matters to them. There is more information that I have as the bank sent me all of the phone contact etc. and if any one at the bank had a half a brain they could look at their own information and see that they are at fault as they should have locked my card when I tried it at the ATM 3 times and it failed.
