....After several attempts and many hours of calling customer services, and following instructions to the letter as instructed, still no resolve and Denial by Direct Express that they even received the Faxes sent, successfully, and confirmed by the Financial Institution, (TCF Twin Cities, IDS center), locally who's error originating and causing the whole debach, There is a 48 hour turn around afer Direct express updates the information, but Have been repeatedly told they have not received those faxes, even after a successfull transmission and confirmation BY TCF Twin Cities. Their Tier II dept at Direct Express informed me that their call center receives up to 500 faxes a day, but cannot find two successfully, and confirmed?!, leading to believe Their customer Services dept aren't handling these occur with any kind of an accountability, leaving the customer with an "Im Sorry", and "Try again". Well Trying again only resets the clock with no guarantee that there will be a resolute and timely correction by their Customer Services Dept at Tier II/San Antonio.

   Now after several Day's, hour's on The Phone, and no resolve, I am left hanging, without support, and as I live on a tight, and fixed income (Disabled), My Rent is past Due, Medications needed stand idle for pick up as I cannot afford the Co-Pay, Phone in danger of disconnect, and Stressed to level's undeserved, nor responsible to an action, not My own, that is Punitive and threatens My safety and security.
