First I would like to advise everyone to look them up online, BBB C- Rating  Angies List F Rating Plus there 1000s of online complaints and public records.

This SCAM of a company not only over charged us but installed the wrong A/C Unit, and to top it off did not install it up to local code. and did not install proper heating strips or change the breakers Etc  

They also were rude on the phone, they actually threatened us by telling us that we would be fined about the permit.  And that we signed a contract, and the case was closed and to hire another company. They refused to give us back our old unit also, it might have been repairable ?

So we hired a company with an A+ rating with the BBB .. They installed the right A/C unit for $2500 less.  To add insult to injury after putting us through all this, they tried to get us to sign an Un signed settlement agreement for less than what we were ripped off.

I could go on and on PLEASE look up there complaints, all are similar, high pressure sales, bait and switch, installing un needed parts etc.  It seems they have been getting away with taking advantage of older folks for years.  We may file a class action suit against them. Feel free to contact us.
