I too have been ripped-off by this company and James York. I was promised leads that come from mailers that the client had taken the time to "put a stamp on it and mailed it in". Not one person had mailed in anything! In most cases, they were either dead, never lived there, no longer lived there. People were angry to say the least. Not one lead was real. James York is a smooth talker and can convince, even the most seasoned broker to buy their leads. I am out $400. I left over 20 messages and, finally, someone called me back. He promised to investigate the leads and get back to me in 24 hours....That was over 10 days ago. Now I cannot even get through on this line as it is now a "constantly busy signal." DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. A total RIP-Off!
