Direct Mortgage is a poorly run company with no idea of what technology is! Direct Mortgage prides itself on technology and knowing how and where the Correspondent side of banking will do business. That being said the company is consistently operating on next to no correspondent lines and has found that no company will buy into their system simply because they have people running the company that have absolutely no idea of how to underwrite loans and or package a loan. Beyond this Direct Mortgage wholesale takes on wholesale loans that they are not able to fund or have no investor for only the hope to find them where others refuse to do business with Direct due to poor quality of packages that were written on their lines. This company has extremely Poor management in Florida. This person has been accused of sexual harassment as well as harassing other employees. The Company is at best a lack luster attempt of becoming a company successful in a mortgage arena where they only intend on selling a piece of mortgage software that fails time and time again.

The only other thing I can mention is that the company has Verrrrry strong views in the Mormon religion with where the people running the company are strongly affiliated with the Mormon Church. It has been reiterated to me that people had lost their job brought back and the only way they would be brought back is if they prayed to god for forgiveness and gave up something of significance to them which would be a prerequisite. You would be making a huge mistake by either working for this company or sending this company any business. Direct Mortgage has very poor management across the board. Their operations team is abused by management who struggles to keep correspondent lines to fund loans. The regional managers in CA and FL are people who simply can not be trusted. Both are probably a step away from being put in jail for fraud themselves "habitual liars" Trust me where there is smoke there is fire. Stay away from this want to be bank that has a David Koresh religious perspective on Mortgage Lending. You Have Been WARNED!!!!!!
