Worst bunch I've ever dealt with. Rude, obviously a scam operation.Started billing almost $50.00 a month without my permission,and absolutely refuse to refund it.
Also refuse to let me speak to a supervisor,and would not give any names of persons to contact.Keep trying to stall me 10 days each time,waiting for alleged recorded authorizations which DO NOT exist.When I demand satisfaction, they simply hang up on me.

The worst part is that they have somehow accessed my credit card account and I have no idea how!That's scary.

I want my money back,but even more-so,I want these people out of buisness and punished.How many people will never get their money back?How much money have they stolen already?How long will our government take to get them?

I'd like to meet the "operator" that I had spoken to at Direct One,but I promise you,she won't want to meet me!!
