I received a letter in the mail from direct one stating that I have enrolled in there long distance savings plan. I did not enroll with these people and I do not need a long distance savings plan because my husband is in the
military and we have no use for a state to state calling card.

Three days after I received this card and letter in the mail my account was charged $61.02 (unathorized). I called these people the same day that I have gotten the letter in the mail a women answerd the phone I told her that I did not enroll with there company and that I do not want there services.She ask me for my area code
and told me that my 10 day trial has not started yet and that she will cancel it.

The next day I find out that my checkings account has been billed for $61.02. I do not know how these people got my name and address and my phone and credit card information without me giving it to them.

This is a big scam by some people and they need to be arrested I never heard of a company that dose not give you their returning address or their names when you call them.If these people got my credit card info what els do they know and what will stop them from charging up my account and taking money out of it when they feel like it.

Damage Resulting = My account was charge for overdraft fees because of this unathorization now I have to file a dispute form and what until my bank refunds my money if they do so.
