You are better off staying away from this guy.  David is a real scammer and a true salesman. When you need to buy something he was readily available for you.  Thereafter, he does not follow up with you.  He lures you in with cheap prices and then suckers you with the purchase of itemized components, such as, toner and fuser modules, which comes standard with the machines. All the pitfalls of a salesman lie within David and his company.

I ordered  a photo copier from David. David, the owner, recommended a Ricoh. I had mentioned my needs to David and he recommended the Richoh. Unbeknownst to me, the Ricoh did not have a legal sized plate glass and was slower than the machine I had to replace. David raved about the machine and how  Ricoh has given him rebates, which he was passing on to me. Obviously, David was pushing his inferior product. David as part of the contract agreed to set me up with a person that will put the machine together. Once the machine was delivered, I notified David to send  the person to set up the machine. However, this person never came and David never followed up. After having to put the machine together myself after 2 to 3 weeks of waiting for David, I realized immediately that the machine was not fit for my needs. The speed was slow and the plate glass was not the size that was represented. David skirted around the issue and tried convince me keep the machine. When I insisted on the return, he indicated that he was losing a lot of money and began cursing at me. After several phone calls of the run around we  agreed on the return and a refund of the difference between the new machine and the unfit machine and a replacement machine. The unfit machine sat in my office for over two months when one day a person sent by David showed up to pick up the machine. He told me that the machines were the same price (his prices on his website clearly indicated the contrary). I would not release the unfit machine unless we finalized the money situation first.  We agreed on the refund and I released the machine, which was less than what I wanted (but I settled).  Of course, David reneged on the deal. After countless phone calls and emails he has refused to pick up the phone or return emails.

At this point, I am 7 months from the time I purchased the machine and the refund still has not yet been completed. Finally, when I asked why he did not return my refund, he told me he was under duress when he made the refund deal with me. A complete snake.  I cannot see how one would do business with David and his company. If you can avoid the enticement of cheaper prices (which in the long run will cost you more), stay away because it will ultimately save you money.
