Direct Tv Direct tv flat out lied about set up fees Minot Internet

I called to set up direct tv. I was told over and over there would be no hidden costs, only $65/month for 24 months. I inquired directly about any fees for set up and installation and was told there was none. The technician came out to set up and said there would be a $99 fee. I told him not to do any work and that I would call to check on that. I called direct tv and told this to the rep. The rep said that, no there is no fee to set up or install service and that if the tech charges for it then direct tv covers the cost. I said the tech did say it was $99 for set up and asked specifically if I was going to be charged that and he said no, the only reason I would be charged is if I asked for a custom set up (ie the dish in a certain spot or that they mount my tvs or genies). I said I just wanted the very basic set up. 

Well, I received my first bill and there was a $99 charge for the set up. I called customer service to discuss it and the rep said that I must pay it. I advd her that her coworker had said there was no fee. After over an hour of on and off holding she escalated the call. Her supervisor said they charge for the set up and there's nothing she can do. I advd her that one of her reps flat out lied to me. She said he hadn't lied to me, he just misinformed me.... What?? She said that she's not doing anything for me and that I can cancel for the $450+ cancel fee.
