HEY DIRECT TV:*** So very nice of you to raid my bank account over a disputed amount after you broke your own contract by disconnecting services back in March without cause or warrant, even admitting to me over the phone that you did not know why the services were disconnected or interrupted, thus causing an unbundling of Direct and ATT... I ended my relationship with you and sent back all your equipment. YOUR THEFT on May 28, 2013, OF 450.00, from my bank account has caused a domino effect that prevents me from paying my monthly bills of car payment, auto insurance, rent, and other important vital living expenses. In essence, you ruined my financial stability and have put me at jeopardy of losing everything. You had no right to take the money under a disputed bill, and as a consumer, if my budget can only accommodate so much, I have every right under the FTC Statutes to pay my bill, if anything is owed, in payment increments, as my budget accommodates. THIEF THIEF THIEF !!! ***

The overall issue: Direct TV broke contract with me for continued and uninterupted services, by interupting services on March 1, 2013, without having cause or warrant to do so. This action caused my bundling of ATT Uverse and Direct TV to be broken. This breaking of contract precludes them from recieving damages for my breaking off relationship with Direct TV.

Through the duration of March and April 2013, I tried several times to have me services rebundled, with no success.

As a consumer, On May 9, 2013, I chose to break my relationship with a company that, during all conversations subsiquent March 1, 2013, has tried to make me the bad person, instead of owning up tp their mistake and any resulting ramifications that would arise from the mistake.

June 3, 2013, I check my on line banking and discovered Direct took 450.00 out of my account on May 28, 2013. A large portion of this figure is claimed by Direct TV, to be for  'damages' for early contract termination, that they are not entitled to. (remember, They broke contract)

June 3, 2013, I spoke with Direct TV Presiden'ts Office Escelation Team. It was a very circular logic conversation full of rhetoric.

June 3, 2013, received email from Direct TV Presidedent's Team Representative, putting forth the information that ATT had ordered the interuption of services that occured March 1, 2013. The order was stated to have been issued February 28, 2013.

June 3, 2013, Filed complaints with Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission.

June 4, 2013, called Direct TV President's Office Representative that issued the email, that was a conversation of curcular logic and rhetoric, and included again, the refference that ATT had issued the disconnect/ interuption of servicce on February 28. There was repeated claim that there was an order in my account, coming from ATT to have the services disconnected/ interupted.

June 4, 2013, Contacted ATT President's Office Escalation Team, to receive callback later. Updated complaints with FTC and FCC with this newly realized and magical appearance of 'documentation' that Direct had regarding ATT giving order for disconnection/ interuption of services.

June 4, 2013, @ 4:30pm EST, received call back from ATT President's Escalation Team. Their inquiry in the matter of my question of Direct TV's supposed claim and 'documentation', as whether ATT had order service interruption of Direct TV services on February 28, 2013, resulted the following.

They had not.

Further, The ATT President's Escalation Team Representative stated that after his investigation into my account and Direct'TV's claim of the aforementioned order for disconnection, having spoken to a representative of the Direct TV President's Escalation Team, it was said by the Direct TV President's Representative, that I had ordered the interruption of service on February 28...which I had not.

Dear Direct TV,

You need to get your stories straight folks, and as I stated...The Feds are coming, and they are coming for you. While a complaint filed with the Federal Trade Commission might sit until more complaints of like nature, and a pattern has emerged...The complaint filed with Federal Communications Commission will not. This/these events occured under the jurisdiction of the bundling of services. The lies, fabrication of documentation and fraudulent actions made by Direct TV are now in the light.
