 On June 13,2013 I contacted Direct tv for services I asked for a bundle with tv phone and internet. I was told i needed to do a credit check and i agreed. I was told that i need a 99.00 deposit and i said ok thats fine. I paid the deposit, called the number for installation and was hung up on, called again and was told they would call me back in 24-48 hours.

Never called I called back on June 18 and set up the installation myself. Then i was told to call for the bundles and was told by verizon that i would have to go thru another credit check and pay another deposit of 125. When i said no i was hung up on. I fought and fought and kept calling back to no advil. Today June 19 I received a letter from Direct tv stating that on the day that i originally set up the account my credit score was 785 out of 999, so i called them back and asked why did i need to pay a deposit?

I was hung up on the first time, the second call the young lady said that was crazy and shouldn't be, then she gave me her supervisor who said the same thing and gave me her supervisor. He also stated the same thing but wouldn't do anything about it. I asked for the corporate number and was told there wasn't a number.

After looking up the number i called corporate and spoke to Emily, who had an atitude from the get and told me she would do nothing that the higher the score was the better the deals you will receive. When i called her out on that i was told there was nothing she could do.

Then she transfered me to another agent who did nothing and hung up. Then I called back and got Jerry who i notified that if it wasnt taken care of i was notifing the Attorney General of Cali and the BBB and rippoff report he said go ahead. So i demanded the President of the company and was told that he doesn't speak to any customers and thats why they are there answering the phones.

This is Bull and they need to be shut down as well as every single person I have spoke to needs to be fired and the company needs to right these wrongs. How can this company send a letter to a customer saying the score is 785 then say that, that information was wrong?
