DIRECT TV RIPPED OFF BY DIRECT TV greenwood village, Colorado

last month my Direct TV service was discontinued.  I immediately sent them an email to find out how to send back their receivers.  I received a email stating that I would receive a kit, once they received my equipment, they would SEND ME OUT A LAST STATEMENT and AT THAT TIME, if I had a debit/credit card on file I would be charged for my last bill owing and if I had returned the equipment, would be given a credit.

Well, that didn't happen a couple days after I received the email, I went into my bank account and they had take $303.00 out. Before then, I had not received a LAST STATEMENT or anything else.  Well today, after turning them over to BBB.  I receive a response that said.  They have a "agreement" which states that can do that (which I've never seen/ or signed) and also that they had not received the equipment - WHICH I MAILED OUT THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED THE BOX and when when I went to the post office and asked for a receipt, I was told THEY DON"T GIVE YOU A RECEIPT so its your word against theirs that they received it - you have no tracking number or anything.  I felt uneasy when I left there and sure enough, they stated they have NOT RECEIVED THEIR EQUIPMENT and I sent it back the same day FedEX delivered the box to me.  The monies they took from me was my rent and I'm a single person who is now a month behind in my rent because of the "Agreement" - which they say they send out with your first statement - which I know I've never seen because I always read "Agreements" and from my knowledge, don't you have to sign an Agreement for it to be legal?  We need lawyers - they have ripped off too many people and are continuing to get away with it and the banks have no recourse if you use a debit card.

Also they can keep your card info on file for them to CHARGE YOU MORE MONIES IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT _ CROOKS IN THE HIGHEST DEGREE!!!
