Direct TV rep. offers deals prices & free upgraded equipment. When you get your bill it's higher & they have locked you into a two year deal which we never agreed to.

After many hours on the phone it just gets worse. Every rep. gives you different numbers! Now they want $480. for early cancellation fee. I'm cancelling & stopping payment. Be glad to goto court. They are such a fraud.

What a hassel. Look for another service!!
