Complaint Review: Direct TV
Direct TV ...They have no concept of 'Customer Service' Monterey, California
I'm in Monterey, CA - the weather is pretty much the same 12 mos. out of the year - sometimes colder, sometime rain, but a very moderate temperature.
I've asked to speak to 'supervisors' - which seems to be not possible. Here is the summary: I need a new Direct TV receiver. Although to replace the receiver is 'FREE' there's a $50 shipping fee to replace the defective unit.
Not sure I know of any business that actually charges the consumer to replace a defective unit...do you? Oh, wait, it's not for the actual receiver - it's the shipping and handling OR purchase an extended warranty.
