Direct TV Company quotes one price and charges another!!! Phoenix, Arizona

Are you looking at TV programming and considering Direct TV. Buyer beware. Hidden charges come in the amounts of five dollars, fifteen dollars, seven dollars, three dollars and on and on.

Packages are quoted at one price and billed at another. When you finally notice they tell you they show no record of that call and that specifics. Only notes they can find are related to what you are charged. YOU are locked in under contract and stuck!  When speaking with the representative they will tell you how low your bill. Quote it at $58 per month, then charge $68 per month. Quote Free DVR and free HD. Only to find these FREE charges are with a monthly cost which they will NOT quote you. They will not list this as part of your maximum bill. Total including tax should not exceed $65 per month, but then you get your first bill at $105 plus. When you call they want to know what you want to give up. I want to give up the FLUFF charges. The charges not quoted, not the services promised!!

So buyer beware. Direct TV is the same as all the rest. You will be quoted one price and charged another. They will promise the lowest until you are locked in and get your first bill, but your locked in. No changing it now. Good luck with your decision. Just know Direct TV is no different than all the rest. No deal with Direct TV. So much fluff and hidden and undisclosed charges that you will pay as much as you do now with your local cable company. Not worth switching. Just stay where you are and renegotiate!!!
