direct tv breach contract put me on collection bill over paid $15.00 sanjose california

Dirrct tv will rip you off by offering a subscribtion agreement of a certain price for your frist year mine was96.00 after frist year price will increase to $115.00 and at the end of that it would go up to $165.00 these fools think I'm just going to let them steal my money and not honor there agreement I told them they breach there contract and if they did not honor agreement I would gobto dishnetwork.

After three month of  calling everyday and getting hung up on and told to go to hell they dont offer anysuch agreement. Which is so wrong I did all this on the internet so I guess I cant read or write either. It has been two years+ and still on colllections. This is the worst company to do business with. If you or someone you no has had this happen I am starting a class action lawsuit to put this company in court before the fcc for violating the satilite tv laws and business practices of Misrepersataiting sales to millions of subscribers.
